K–2 Science Video Lessons for Kids
These free K–2 science videos help kindergarten, first and second graders explore the world around them. Kids learn about living and nonliving things, the five senses, the four seasons, plants, animal homes, day and night, magnets, push and pull, and the life cycles of butterflies and frogs. Each animated lesson is short, simple and ends with a quiz, which makes it easy to use for homeschool science, a classroom science center or a rainy afternoon at home. Every lesson page includes a “Try it at home” experiment or question, such as testing what sinks or floats in the kitchen sink or growing a bean in a bag by the window. There are no comments and no sign-ups, and new early-elementary science lessons are added every week.
